50 of My Best Images

Twisted Tree, Kapaa Hawaii

The year has come and gone and here we are begining a new year. But I wanted to take a moment and look back on what this year has been for me. It was a big year for transistions in my life. I moved from assistant photographer to full time freelance photograher. I traveled to Hawaii, Belize, Guatemala and Mexico and was introduced to amazing people that changed my entire outlook on life.

2011 was an important year for me and I'd like to raise my glass to another great one! Here are my top pick images that highlight 2011 for me. Thanks to all who made these possible!!! They never would have happened without you. You know who you are and you mean the world to me. Thanks so much!!! Cheers!, -PK

As you know, I'm a writer which means I must have words to describe the pics you've chosen in this post... Well, be honor to be the first person who has left me completely SPEECHLESS. I just wish all the best for your professional career 'cause, dear friend, YOU ARE FUCKING AWESOMELY TALENTED. No doubt in my mind that you'll make that National Geography's cover. The passion you transmitted through you lens is breathtaking.

Proud of you, pen pal!
